What do these charts show?

Jobs, public safety, and public schools are drawn as separate series. There is no blended grade.

The opening map is the entry. These are the drawings, one after another.

Jobs are Oregon and the United States. Safety z and NAEP z use the 50 states already in the derived files. Imprisonment is a control chart, off to the side of safety. Short labels are in the glossary on the walk plate.

There is no blended grade on this page and no trendline. The jobs history strip is four complete death-years and a sign cone. Safety history is violent and property rates for 2021–2024, with no cone. Schools history is the NAEP assessments in 2019, 2022, and 2024, with no cone, because there is no 2021 assessment. None of these is a point forecast or a short-horizon call. Portland is not plotted. Blank school cells are not on the school z chart.
